ANA-Illinois is proud to present the program in the 2020 Webinar Series: Workplace Harassment – Your Rights and Responsibilities.

In 2018, The Illinois Legislature enacted a law that requires all licensed professionals who are required to have continuing education to obtain 1.0 hour of continuing education credit beginning January 2020 license renewal. Workplace sexual harassment is an ongoing issue in society and health care today. This program will assist nurses to understand what sexual harassment is, what their rights and responsibilities are, and what they should do if they are a victim of sexual harassment.

A webinar link will be sent upon registration.

1-hour continuing education will be available.

 

This program will be presented by Steven C. Filipowski, JD, BA, Attorney at Law and Partner at Harrison & Held, LLP

In 2006-2007, 2103 and 2014 Steve was elected as a Member of the Leading Lawyers Network (rated in the top 5% of Illinois lawyers and recommended in the practice area of employment relations (employer) and commercial litigation.
