ANA-Illinois is proud to present the program in the 2019 Webinar Series:  Workplace Sexual Harassment: Your Rights and Responsibilities

In 2018, The Illinois Legislature enacted a law which requires all licensed professionals who are required to have continuing education to obtain 1 hour of continuing education credit beginning January 2020 license renewal. Workplace sexual harassment is an ongoing issue in society and health care today. This program will assist nurses to understand what sexual harassment is, what their rights and responsibilities are, and what they should do if they are a victim of sexual harassment.

Steven C. Filipiwski, JD, BA, Attorney at Law and Partner at Harrison & Held, LLP, will present a program on sexual harassment.

This webinar will include:
• the definition of sexual harassment,
• your rights and responsibilities regarding sexual harassment,
• what to do it you are a victim of or witness to harassment of another, the essential elements of a sexual harassment policy

1-hour continuing education will be available.
