Nadja James PhD, MSN, MHA, RN, CNE
Dr. James is the Director of Graduate Nursing Studies at Aurora University. Her primary responsibilities consist of preparing the SON to admit its first cohort of entry-to-practice MSN students in the Fall of 2022 and gain CCNE accreditation. She graduated from Joliet Junior College in 1987 and has held a variety of positions in nursing, nursing management, and education, including a 3-year long role in nursing regulation with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). Dr. James is a published author and peer-reviewer for several nursing journals. She serves as a mentor with the ANA Mentorship program and supported her community during the COVID-19 pandemic as a vaccinator for the DuPage County Health Department.
