Together with the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing we will co-host a newly branded – Nurses Day at the Capitol. The event will bring together all nurses (LPNs, RNs, & APRNs) to show unity and strength in our profession. Nurses Day at the Capitol 2021 will be a virtual event where nurses throughout Illinois will convene to learn about Illinois’ current health landscape and see how nurses can positively influence our state’s policy. Attendees will hear from state health leaders, receive education on advocacy, and find out how to connect with representatives and senators from their area. Join us in empowering and amplifying nursing’s voice at the Capitol in 2021.
