In 2019, Latecha transferred to the Chicago Assembly Plant, joining UAW Local 551. She rose to prominence as Chairwoman of the Young Workers Committee and earned recognition for her integrity, reliability, and advocacy. Latecha’s academic achievements reflect her drive for excellence.
