Yareli Cahill MSN, RN

Yareli Cahill was born in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico, and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She dreamed of a career that would allow her to serve and advocate for others. After attending Triton College, she became a nurse in 2016. Yareli’s nursing experience is in pediatrics, NICU, and PICU, where she is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to some of the most vulnerable patients and their families.

Beyond clinical practice, Yareli is deeply passionate about educating the next generation of nurses. She completed her MSN in 2023. She is now a visiting professor at Chamberlain University and Triton College. She is committed to developing a supportive learning environment where future nurses can build confidence, develop strong critical thinking skills, and strive to be patient advocates. A core part of Yareli’s philosophy is the belief that diverse personal, educational, and cultural experiences strengthen the healthcare system. She believes that embracing varied perspectives leads to innovation, empathy, and a broader understanding of the communities we serve, allowing us to deliver more equitable care.
